By using VanishPic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application or online repair service.
Permitted use
You may use VanishPic only with images you own or have permission and a lawful basis to edit. You must not use the service to infringe copyright, remove ownership marks without authorization, deceive others, create unlawful content, attack the service, or bypass usage limits.
Online processing and availability
Online image repair depends on network access and server availability. Results may vary by image and selected region. We may apply reasonable usage quotas, rate limits, security controls, and temporary restrictions to keep the service reliable.
Free allowances, ads, and paid plans
VanishPic offers one free online repair per day and may offer up to two optional rewarded advertisements per day, each granting one additional online repair after server verification. Watching an advertisement is voluntary. Local image tools do not require a subscription.
Monthly Pro currently includes 100 online repairs per month. Yearly Pro currently includes 150 online repairs per month. The localized price and billing period are shown by Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play. Google Play manages applicable billing, cancellation, and refund rules.
Your content
You retain your rights in images you process. You grant us only the limited, temporary permission needed to transmit and process content to provide the feature you request.
Service changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, legal compliance, cost control, or product development. Material changes to paid benefits will be communicated where required. A repair allowance is deducted only after a successful online repair. Unused allowances do not roll over.
Disclaimer and liability
VanishPic is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every repair will be accurate or uninterrupted and are not responsible for losses caused by unlawful use, user content, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
