Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VanishPic handles information when you use the Android application and related online image-repair service.
Information you choose to process
VanishPic accesses images only after you select them. Local tools such as crop, resize, format conversion, compression, and metadata cleanup run on your device. When you request online image repair, the selected image and repair mask are transmitted over HTTPS to our server so the requested result can be generated. Before the first online repair, the app asks for your informed consent. If you decline, the image is not uploaded.
Image retention
The current online repair service processes uploaded image data in memory and does not intentionally save user images or repair masks as permanent files. Temporary technical data may exist briefly while a request is processed or while systems recover from an error.
Technical and usage data
The app creates a random anonymous installation identifier on your device. We use it to enforce free, rewarded-ad, and subscription repair allowances. It is not a VanishPic account and does not contain your name, email address, or payment-card information.
Our infrastructure may process standard operational information such as IP address, request time, requested route, response status, device or app version, and error details. We use this information to provide the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, enforce usage allowances, and maintain security. Anonymous quota and purchase-entitlement records are retained while needed to provide allowances, restore verified purchases, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Advertising and purchases
Versions of VanishPic that offer rewarded advertising may use Google AdMob. Google User Messaging Platform may request and store advertising-consent choices. Versions that offer subscriptions use Google Play Billing. Google may process device or advertising identifiers, advertising interactions, purchase information, consent choices, and diagnostic data under its own policies. VanishPic receives purchase tokens needed to verify entitlements but does not receive your complete payment-card information.
Accounts and sharing
VanishPic does not currently require a user account. We do not sell user images or personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the app, comply with law, protect users, or prevent abuse.
Your choices
You can avoid online image processing by not starting an online repair. You can manage advertising consent where offered, manage Google Play purchases through Google Play, and remove locally stored app data through Android settings. You may request deletion of server-side data associated with your installation by emailing tangel_w@outlook.com. We may retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
Children
VanishPic is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can investigate.
Changes and contact
